What you need to be;

• Honest & Reliabile.
• Have a ‘Glass is half Full’ attitude.
• Minimum 2 years experience in management or similar leadership role.
• A passion for the craft of hospitality. Knowledge & skillset that is waiting on tables, managing guests & service. Supervising crew members. RSA, wine, cocktail & barista knowledge.
• Competent in phone, face to face & e communications, with basic POS and reservation platform know how.
